Shipping policy

IMPORTANT:  All shipments are shipped with dry-ice.  Once you receive your package, you should immediately put it in the freezer, depending on how long you plan to keep your food before cooking it.

Shipment & Delivery

After you place your order, your shipment will arrive at the address you specify to DePuma's. All packages will be shipped according to your location within the United States. DePuma's distribution center is in Milford, CT, and the shipping method and rate will vary depending on your location. 

We transitioned to a flat rate shipping pricing structure. We have 2 zones we currently ship to, with each having a custom amount of dry ice to ensure the integrity of our product. 5 products fill one of our flat rate boxes. For every additional 5 products, we ship out a second box of the same weight and size is delivered to your address.

If your state is not included in either of these zones, please reach out via email and we provide a custom shipping quote.

Zone 1

Connecticut, Massachuesettes, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont, New Hampshire, New Jersey.

Zone 2

Maine, Pennsylvania, Delaware, DC, Virginia, Maryland, West virginia, North carolina, South carolina, Georgia, Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee, Indiana, Michigan, Illinois, Alabama, Mississippi.

Please Note

Orders are typically shipped within 3 business days of the original order date. Once your order has been shipped it will arrive within 2 business days.

Though the customer does not need to be present for the shipment to be delivered, we do recommend it. If possible, we recommend a cool, shady spot that is easily accessible to your delivery person.

DePuma's will ship your items on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday depending on when the order is placed. Typical arrival date is two days after ship date.
